Hagans Plastics is a custom thermoformer and injection molder established in 1973. The company was founded with the thermoforming and fabrication process. This has grown to include 5 axis CNC routing with full cad-cam support, injection molding, and a complete tooling shop.
One of the strongest aspects to Hagans Plastics is prototyping and product development. We can help you bring your project to life.
Hagans Plastics has equipment to form parts smaller than life size bear claws, or as large as 1500-gallon water tanks. Material thickness is not a problem with capability to form gages as thin as .010 to as thick as 1.500.
If your concern is material we have you covered; if it can be vacuum formed we have form
ed it. Materials that are formed at Hagans Plastics include the following: ABS, Styrene, Lexan ® (polycarbonate), acrylic, polyolfins, Kydex ®, PVC, Ultem ® and CPET.
With cut sheet machine sizes as small as 2' x 2' and as large as 6'x 10' no job is too small or too large. For large volume we also have rotary capabilities. Capabilities to do all tooling for vacuum forming in house.
We have injection molding machines capable of any size up to 200 ton with a 20 oz. shot.
