Vacuum Form Capabilities
HPC has the capability to run a large range of part sizes, utilizing machines with frame sizes as small as 24"x24" to the largest frame size of 72"x110" with a draw depth of 48". HPC has formed material as thick as 1.5". CNC controlled heat and zoning are utilized for speed of set up and uniform production. Quick change clamp frames reduce set up from hours to minutes. For larger quantity requirements, a 3 station Rotary supports the multi-work center Vacuum Form department. The Rotary machine is much faster than other machines, but requires much longer set up time.
Prototyping, small quantity, and large quantity requirements are all common at HPC.
